At JGA, we take the safety of our guides seriously and do not allow harassment or dangerous behaviors on our tours.
The below actions are considered harassment:
• Verbal abuse, shouting, insults, discriminatory remarks, defamation
• Threatening or intimidating behavior
• Excessive demands beyond social norms and set tour rules (demanding to visit additional locations, itinerary changes, monetary demands, etc.)
・Physical contact or violent behavior toward the guide
・Obstruction of business operations due to prolonged detention of staff or repeated complaints
・Inappropriate contact with the guide's private domain (e.g., forcing connection to social media)
・False statements or deceitful behavior toward the guide
・Behavior that damages the reputation of the guide or our company (e.g., malicious reviews, defamatory online posting, etc.)
・Sexual harassment (e.g., sexual remarks, physical contact, personal questions, etc.)
If any of the above take place before, during, or after the tour, JGA reserves the right to take the following actions:
・Cancellation or suspension of your tour or tours
・Immediate suspension of the tour by the guide
• Refusal to accept future reservations
If the event that any laws have been broken by the guest, JGA or the guide reserve the right to contact the police or other relevant authorities.
