  Nearest Station/Bus Stop: JR Sakunami Station on the Senzan Line.  *On Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays, there are free shuttle buses from JR Sakunami Station.

  Barrier-free Information

  ・There are shuttle buses that run from JR Sakunami Station to the Miyagikyo Distillery, but the buses are too small for wheelchairs. If the buses are full, they will return to pick up the remaining customers, so it may be possible for wheelchair users to ride. However, it is best to take a taxi from JR Sakunami Station (about a 5-minute ride). Be sure to call a taxi in advance and check if it can accommodate a wheelchair. ・Wheelchair-accessible restrooms are available. ・There are many slopes. ・Factory tours are accessible outdoors, but the indoor areas include some stairs, making them inaccessible for wheelchairs. ・There are ramps in the Visitor Center and other areas such as exhibits and tasting rooms. (They may be able to accommodate wheelchairs if you ask in advance for wheelchair-accessible factory tours: 022-395-2865).
