  This is an office building located about a 10-minute walk from Sendai Asaichi (Morning market), with restaurants on the 28th and 29th floors and an observation deck on the 30th floor. Elevator available. The observation terrace on the 31st floor of the AER building in front of Sendai Station is currently better known for offering a great view of Sendai city. Shopping and café areas are on the 1st through 4th floors, and there are rest areas on the 28th and 29th floors.
