At Yagiyama Zoological Park Fujisaki no Mori, one of the largest zoos in Tohoku, you can encounter animals through ecological exhibits. Daily programs, such as the Elephant Feeding Experience and Rabbit Petting Experience offer opportunities to get up close with the animals.

  Approximate travel time from the station/bus stop: "Yagiyama Dobutsukoen" Station on the Tozai Line Subway, take Central Exit 1. It is located immediately after exiting the elevator. (12 minutes by Tozai Line Subway from Sendai Station).
