The road surface is flat and easy to navigate for wheelchair users however, there are many long slopes and steep hills in the Edo Castle keep, Honmaru and Ninomaru. Ninomaru Garden has rough paths and some areas with caution signs for wheelchair users. Wheelchairs are available for rent at each of the three entrances.
