This sublime temple is known as the oldest Zen practice place in Kyoto as well as its collection of beautiful paintings. Unfortunately, this temple is not wheelchair accessible due to several steps at the entrance of the main buildings. For those with walking difficulties, they may need extra time. We hope that this temple will someday be available for all.
