Kyoto Tower is one of the landmarks located near Kyoto Station. Its observatory is 100m high from the ground and almost 60 years since it's been built. The outside has a retro look to it and inside, you can see the many mountains that surround Kyoto. It is truly a wonderful view! It is partly barrier-free and wheelchair accessible with an interesting food court and shops where you can buy all of the most famous local and traditional sweets, like Otabe! ​Please see below for information in English on the tower.
