Training Programs for Our Guides
Guides are the most important part of any tour. We believe that training will enhance our tours. We provide free training programs for our registered guides every month to improve their skills and knowledge. All training programs are free so that each guide has an equal opportunity to participate.

Training Programs on Guiding Guests with Different Needs and Disabilities
Making tourism accessible for everyone means everyone, including guests with a variety of needs. We also run free training courses to instruct guides on how to support guests with disabilities on tours and make sure each guest always feel safe and comfortable.

We have gathered accessibility information on many major tourist attractions in Japan. This includes information for those with walking difficulties, expecting mothers, elderly guests, families, and other needs as well! We have tours available with wheelchair accessible taxis. We understand that navigating subways, trains, and sidewalks in Japan is time consuming. We want you to enjoy the tour without worry, so we are happy to offer these customizable tours with a private vehicle. You can create your itinerary then, sit back, relax, and enjoy your tour!

Research on Restaurants Accommodating Dietary Restrictions
Eating overseas is a challenge! New unknown foods can conflict with dietary restrictions. Japan Guide Agency has researched restaurants throughout Japan that accommodate Gluten Free, Halal, Kosher, Vegetarian, and Vegan diets. We share a list of these restaurants with our registered guides so they can quickly find a restaurant for you!
