To stay safe and healthy, please keep the following tips in mind:
- Stay hydrated. Water alone will not replace your electrolytes and you may need to drink sports drinks.
- Avoid staying under direct sunlight or in hot places for long periods.
- Use sunscreen, wear a hat or use a parasol when going outside. Portable personal fans and body cooling sheets are recommended.
- Rest in a cool place if you start to feel unwell. This includes headaches.
